Kenoyer's responsibilities will include managing and planning Human Resource functions for AMR, including executive leadership recruitment, HR strategic planning, retention, employee benefits, and professional development.
Kenoyer's previous experience includes serving as a consultant and partnering with organizations to develop the design and implementation of a wide range of programs including the recruitment, selection and deployment of human capital, succession planning, compensation systems, and general human resource planning.
Prior to joining AMR, Kenoyer served as the Vice President of Executive Search with the Hanna Resource Group in Lexington, which focuses on innovative business and human resource development. Eric's previous work experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources of Symbiotix, Inc. in Danville, Kentucky, the Strategic Human Resources Partner for retail and commercial banking divisions of Central Bank in Lexington and the Director of Client Development with GLEN-RY Career Connections, a premier provider of human capital solutions.
Eric holds a BBA in HR Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Eric is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is the President-Elect of the Bluegrass Compensation Association.
